IS THE PURCHASE BINDING?
Yes. The invoice amount is due upon placing the order. If the order is not picked up, the amount remains payable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
In case of defects, the goods can be exchanged within 30 days at the Wollerau warehouse, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Simply contact us—we'll take care of it personally.
