WHAT PAYMENT METHODS?
Online via Twint or credit card. Cash payment upon collection in Wollerau is also possible.
IS THE PURCHASE BINDING?
Yes. The invoice amount is due upon placing the order. If the order is not collected, the amount remains payable.
HOW SOON CAN I PICK IT UP?
Within 24 hours. Slot selectable according to available calendar.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
In case of defects, goods can be exchanged at our Wollerau warehouse. Simply contact us – we'll take care of it personally.
